    Like-for-like replacement using existing, functional wiring, plumbing, or mounting brackets.

    Listed prices are for labor only. You have the option to provide your own fixtures/units, or you can purchase them directly from us.

    All virtual estimates are free. In-person estimates cost $55, which is fully credited toward your final project balance if accepted.

  • Ceiling Fan Installation | $190.00

    Replacing an existing ceiling fan with a new unit using your current wiring and fan-rated electrical box. (Upgrading or securing non-rated boxes available at an additional charge).

  • Exterior Floodlight Security Camera | $190.00

    Replacement of an existing exterior light fixture with a floodlight/camera combo (Ring, Arlo, etc.). Includes basic app setup and connectivity testing.

  • Indoor & Outdoor Light Fixture | $130.00

    Replacing old lighting fixtures with new ones on existing junction boxes.

  • Dryer Duct Cleaning | $190.00

    Full lint and debris cleanout of your clothes dryer duct from the dryer connection to the exterior vent exhaust. Helps prevent fire hazards and improves dryer efficiency.

  • Minor Plumbing & Fixture Maintenance | $270.00

    Labor for minor, accessible pipe leak repairs, residential water shutoff valve servicing, and pressure regulating component maintenance. (Valves and fittings billed separately).

  • Garbage Disposal Replacement | $190.00

    Safe removal of your old disposal and installation of a new unit, including standard connection to existing under-sink plumbing

  • Kitchen & Bathroom Faucet | $190.00

    Disconnecting your old faucet and installing a new one onto existing supply lines. Replacement of existing plumbing will incur additional charges.

  • Smart Doorbell Camera | $190.00

    Swapping a standard doorbell for a video doorbell (Ring, Nest, etc.). Upgrades to existing transformers or chimes will incur additional charges.

  • Shower Valve Repair | $130.00

    Replace a worn or leaking shower valve cartridge. (Price of shower cartridge not included)

  • Toilet Repair | $130.00

    Labor to replace internal parts like fill valves and flappers.

  • Complete Toilet Replacement | $190.00

    Labor for installation and removal.

  • Annual Home Water Pressure Check | $80.00

    Protect your appliances test your water pressure. Inspect your PRV for leaks and adjust it if needed. Manually exercise your main isolation valve and check for leaks so it works in an emergency.

    All cleaning estimates are customized based on the exact size and starting cleanliness of your property. Please note that all cleaning appointments are subject to a $140 minimum service charge.

    What’s Included: Dusting all surfaces, furniture, and light fixtures. Full floor vacuuming and damp mopping. Kitchen sanitization (countertops, sink, exterior appliances). Complete bathroom scrub and disinfection (toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors) Emptying trash and replacing liners.

  • Deep Clean Special | $200 - $750

    Recommended for initial visits or homes needing extra care. What’s Included (Includes Standard Clean PLUS): Hand-wiping baseboards, door frames, and trim Removing soap scum, hard water marks, and kitchen grease buildup Hand-cleaning light switches and outlets Dusting ceiling fans, air vents, and window sills
