Although we do not hold a general contractor's license, we operate in full compliance with CA law. This allows us to perform maintenance projects where no building permit is required and the total project cost is $1,000 or less.

Scheduling is simple. You can request an estimate through our website, call us directly, or send a message via email or text. We will promptly review your project details and provide a free and transparent quote.

Do you provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We bring all our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product you prefer we use on certain surfaces (like a special hardwood floor cleaner), just let us know and leave it out for our team.

Do I need to be home while you work or clean?

Not at all. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with a door code, lockbox, or hidden key so we can complete the work or cleaning while they are away. We are fully insured and pride ourselves on treating your home with the utmost respect.

How do estimates and payments work?

After you request a quote, we will provide a transparent, detailed estimate. Once the job or cleaning is complete, we will send an invoice directly to your email or phone, which you can securely pay online using a credit card or bank transfer. You also have the option to pay your technician directly on-site using cash, check, debit/credit card, or tap-to-pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you provide a COI and W-9 for commercial vendor onboarding?

What are your billing terms for commercial accounts?

For our commercial clients and property management partners, we are happy to offer standard Net-30 billing terms. Invoices are sent out electronically upon job completion and can be conveniently paid online via credit card or secure bank transfer, or by mailing a physical check.
